Our voluntary return window is 45 calendar days after delivery for eligible unused items. Contact us before sending a return. Product-specific exclusions must be disclosed before purchase; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

We cover standard return shipping for approved eligible returns using the instructions we provide. Contact us before purchasing a return label; additional services require prior agreement.

For voluntary returns, after receipt and inspection we normally initiate an approved refund within 5–7 business days. Payment-provider posting time is additional. Any earlier statutory refund deadline takes precedence. Refund arrangements follow the original payment method where possible; contact us for cash-on-delivery refunds.
